Ultra Light Banana Ice Cream Sundae Smoothie Cup for Marathon Carb Loading (Vitamix)
I like to have one of these the night before a morning run for good clean light fuel. There's a tiny bit of fat in the whole milk but just enough to blend with the frozen bananas to create a carb loading treat you'll really love. Just a touch of high-quality zero-fake-oil chocolate chips for the best texture. I love these the nights before.
