Ingredients
- 12 oz water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 NUUN Immunity electrolyte tablet
Instructions
- Add a small amount of water to a collapsible soft flask.
- Break the NUUN tablet in half, placing both halves into the bottle, and dissolve it fully. The tablet is broken in half simply so it fits through the bottle opening.
- In a Pyrex or heat safe container, add warm water.
- Dissolve the sea salt and honey completely in the warm water. This step matters or the salt and honey will clump and not mix evenly.
- Add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Pour this mixture into the collapsible bottle with the NUUN solution.
- Top off with water if needed.
- Freeze overnight.
