Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it holds a spreadable whipped-cream consistency.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream across the bottom of a 9 × 13-inch dish.
  3. Add one complete layer of graham crackers, breaking crackers as needed to cover the dish.
  4. Spread on a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Arrange all the sliced bananas over the cream.
  6. Cover the bananas with another layer of whipped cream.
  7. Add a second complete layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread on another layer of whipped cream.
  9. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream.
  10. Finish with the remaining whipped cream.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
