Marathon Training Tip for HOT long runs: I take this "soft" water bottle put a NUUN electrolyte tablet in it broken in 2 halves, add a bit of salt and freeze it. I take this with me in my compression shorts along with my electrolyte/carb gels. 🤓 As it melts, it provides a bit of cold and refreshing while I'm out there.
