I had lost a bunch of weight and was running and doing yoga, but I hadn't re-engaged my muscles with weights or figured out nutrition.* ## What is Recompositioning? Losing fat is different from losing weight. You can lose fat and build muscle while the scale stays the same, but your clothes fit better, your skin wraps tighter around stronger muscle, and you feel more powerful.
