There's no such thing as a detox cleanse

There's no such thing as a detox cleanse. Want to "cleanse" or eat clean? Eat only foods that don't need a label to tell you what they are. Not a 55-ingredient Chick-fil-A sandwich. Chicken is chicken. Eggs are eggs. Bananas are bananas. Oats are oats. Cook with butter. Butter is always butter. But that creamy whipped butter at a diner? It's not butter. It's oil and bullshit. Canola oil, soybean oil, water, salt, whey, lactic acid, natural flavor, soy lecithin, vitamin A palmitate, beta carotene (color). This is how you cleanse toxins: Remove the bullshit being peddled as food. Toxins are everything on a food label you can't identify. The cleanse is simple: refuse to eat processed and fast foods. Oils, sugars, colors, fillers, emulsifiers, alcohol. Those are the toxins. If a label has something on it that sounds sketchy, it is sketchy. To detoxify is simply to remove these toxins. Anything else calling itself a cleanse is a scam. This is specifically about food toxins. Environmental toxins like plastics in our food are a different story. But there's no juice or magic pill to remove those either. The solution is avoidance, as best you can. Need help? Post questions or reach out at https://GetUpEarlier.com
