My 73 year young strength training and assisted stretching client doing Bayesian curls in a session this week. He got that Hulk T shirt from his grandson and is starting to fill it out nicely.He has also recently done over 100 air squats plus upper body in a single 30 minute session. He has full range of motion getting in and out of a deep squat, dumbbell presses, and all arm work.If you want longevity advice, don't take it from a 40 or 50 year old.Take it from a 73 year old who can do this type of work.He comes 3 to 4 times per week and has a consistent diet and activity routine outside of strength training.It's amazing to me.
