Meet Amy. She's 70 years old, and I'm incredibly proud of her. Today, Amy is performing full sets of 10 to 14 barbell back squats with 55 lb, reaching nearly parallel depth with control and confidence.
Meet Amy. She's 70 years old, and I'm incredibly proud of her. I've been 1:1 strength training Amy for months. We introduced the barbell early, then gradually over months improved her squat form through air squats, goblet squats, and deliberate full range of motion training. Session after session, she showed up and put in the work. Today, Amy is performing full sets of 10 to 14 barbell back squats with 55 lb, reaching nearly parallel depth with control and confidence.
