Hello, I'm Michael Baker. I am a 49-year-old work from home digital professional, e-RYT200 Yoga teacher, former Yoga studio owner, Certified Health Coach and dedicated health & wellness practitioner with over 30 years of experience.
I can tell you with certainty after all of this that there's one thing I'm sure of:
Guys love strength training, getting stronger and more powerful more than anything else in the fitness space.
Strength training can happen in may ways now:
Lifting weights aka weighted compound moves.
All forms of bench, squat, deadlift and arm work. Iron dumbbells, barbells and some pulleys. Nothing fancy needed.
Bodyweight exercises aka calisthenics.
I have implemented exercise routines I can implement anywhere with just bodyweight that rival any weight workout.
Cardio aka natural movement over time.
Running, hiking, walking, biking, shooting hoops, playing with your kid, working on your house or what ever "cardio" you prefer. The body needs to move not sit on idle.
We start with the basics and build up from there. And then, I help along your effort with digital 1-on-1 support.
This is my superpower.
I can help you start from scratch or just give you a push in a new direction. I have helped people build out their own home gyms and have guided people through routines they can take on the road.
The days of feeling like you need to go to the gym to get in and stay in shape are gone. You need minimal equipment, the outdoors and a good pair sneakers.

Strength & Flexibility
As a parent reaching his 50s, my health has become a top priority in my life. Maybe it’s my version of a mid-life crisis. I don't want a red Porsche. I want to retain full mobility, maintain muscle mass, lose fat, gain endurance, avoid chronic disease, and - most importantly - remain present, vibrant, and active.
I'm looking to inspire and educate people over the age of 40 who know that they can feel better but might not know how to get there. It took me 30 years to really learn and understand nutrition, my body, and what I need as an individual to feel and look my best, forever. I hope I can help you get there too!

Training sessions are available M-F 8am-2:30pm, custom arrangements are made as needed.
All coaching services are provided as a single flat rate of $50/session.
All appointments are easily booked, postponed and canceled by the client via my scheduling application.
