Dr. Patrick has a way of expressing very scientific information in a way that's easy for me to take in. The benefits of exercise are many but I can tell you no matter what, with zero doubt, that when I'm done with a physically grueling workout I feel exponentially better. Every. Single. Time.
I felt this way my whole life and I never knew why. The science behind it all is fascinating.
