More masculine, less flow: My yoga-inspired sequence is ideal for any time. First thing in the morning, after long desk hours, or to counterbalance an intense workout. It targets the shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and core, ensuring strength and flexibility in a straightforward and effective manner.

Postures & stretches included in this video:

Shoulder Rotation: Enhances shoulder mobility and helps relieve tension in the upper back and neck.

Half Moon: A balancing pose that strengthens the ankles and legs, stretches the hamstrings, and improves overall balance and coordination.

Malasana (Yoga Squat): Opens the hips and groin, stretches the back, and strengthens the lower body.

Plank: Strengthens the core, shoulders, and arms while promoting good posture and alignment.

Plank Knee to Elbow: An advanced plank variation that engages the obliques and enhances core strength.

Deep Shoulder Stretch: Alleviates tension in the shoulders and upper back, enhancing flexibility.

Half Split / Deep Hamstrings: Stretches the hamstrings and calves, promoting flexibility in the back of the legs.

Side Lunge: Strengthens and stretches the inner and outer thighs, improving flexibility and muscle tone.

Frog Pose / Deep Hip Flexors, Psoas: Intensely opens the hips and stretches the inner thighs.

Supine Spinal Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana): Stretches the spine and back muscles, promoting spinal flexibility.

Dead Bug: Engages the core and promotes coordination between limbs.
Hollow Body: A challenging core exercise that strengthens the entire abdominal region.

Savasana: A relaxation pose to conclude the practice, allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the sequence.

I have known Michael for over 30 years. I was so happy when I seen that he was doing this Health And Wellness program because he is in very good shape and he is very smart and knowledgeable about what he’s telling people to do to lose weight and eat healthy after just one month of working with Michael at 215 pounds. I have already lost 5 pounds and I am very motivated to reach my goal which is 185 just talking to him about what I was eating and doing wrong what’s so helpful for me whether was in person or over the phone he gives you plenty of information and details to work with while visiting his home. His family and him were very welcoming and warm to me as always I couldn’t of asked for a better person to help me with my journey , and anybody that needs help with their health and wellness.
