I’ve been dialed into @thatsgoodmoney for years now. Changed my perspective on a lot of things especially calisthenics.
The challenge is to do 20 push ups and 20 squats on the minute every minute for 10 minutes.
I wanted to go head to head with Broly Gainz @BrolyGainz007 and see just how fast and strong he is. All I can say is I think he may be a machine. But for me, at 49 years old, I’m happy to even keep up and be able to do this plus some bonus rounds.
Those last few rounds, especially the bonus rounds after 200, were roasting my upper body whereas it seemed he gained more strength!
If you want to try something new go do this challenge but start with 50. 5 pushups, 5 squats per minute over 10 minutes. Move it up over time.
This is my go to workout when I’m on vacation or away from equipment. I’ve even incorporated this into long hikes where I do hill sprints and sets of 50-150 squats every .5 miles over 5-10 miles. Sometimes pushups. Sometimes all of them.
