If you are reading this I would guess you are looking for someone to help you with getting into better physical shape. Based on my experience with Michael Baker you have found the person you need. My old body is now doing things that I felt would never again be possible. Mike has taken me step by step through many exercises. He starts slowly and moves you along when he feels you are ready to take the next step up. We do strength, stretching, and balance exercises. Mike knows what he is doing!

Let me just say Mike definitely knows what he is doing. I'm 48 years old and when I first started I couldn't do one push up or a pull up because of an old shoulder injury. This past week I was able to do 30 pull ups and 130 pushups in 25 minutes after a couple months training. If you are looking to get back into shape and need help I would 10000% work with Mike.
