Michael Baker

Here I continue to strength train @EricaLeeBaker re-introducing barbell squats and integrating push-up drills.Barbell squats are the king of compound exercises because they target multiple muscle groups, improve functional strength, and provide a ton of benefits that few other exercises can match. We've been working up to this for a few weeks.

Why Barbell Squats Are King of Compound Exercises...Full-Body Engagement:Works quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and core in one movement.

Builds Strength and Power:
Allows progressive overload for significant lower-body and overall strength gains.

Strengthens stabilizing muscles and enhances coordination.

Functional and Athletic:
Mimics real-world movements and boosts performance in sports and daily activities.

Hormonal Benefits:
Triggers the release of growth hormones and testosterone for muscle growth and recovery.
