Incline Barbell Close Grip Bench
– Going for a max 185 for 5

Hex Bar Shrugs
Going for max of 300 for 5 from a deadlift pickup

Close Grip Palms Up Pulldown for Biceps
Using 90lbs to execute biceps move originated by Mike Mnetzer and seen by athlean-x and Sam Sulek

Isometric 20 second Holds for Bicpeps and Back
In an active pullup position, hang for 20 seconds suspended in the air
