Several years ago, I stumbled into the YouTube channel ‘That’s Good Money’ @thatsgoodmoney and learned about calisthenics. I started with a challenge of 20 air squats and 20 pushups on the minute for 10 minutes, totaling 200 of each exercise. Since then, I’ve adapted and evolved these exercises, seamlessly integrating them into my fitness routine. This journey has led to a unique blend of strength and endurance training, enhancing both my physical capabilities and my approach to fitness.
The thing I think is most valuable is that with calisthenics you can workout anywhere.
