I take it to the absolute end. I want guys 40, 50+ to see this to understand and acknowledge the intensity level it takes to build and/or maintain muscle. I’m 49. You have it in you, attack it!
Been watching @sam_sulek workouts and it’s a good reminder of the intensity a lot of guys lose and forget about.
The Final Drop Set:
Incline Dumbells – Max 6 reps 100lbs
Incline Dumbbells – 1/2 weight as many reps as possible 50lbs
Floor Flat Dumbbells – 50lbs as many as I can squeeze out
High Plank, Low Plank hold pushups
Knee Down Pushups
Low Plank Hold

Iron Master Adjustable Dumbbells @IronmasterPro got me back into the “big weights” (80+). I strongly recommend them if you need to hit 65lb + weights.
