Reverse Fly Bands
Deep (ATG) Squats with Bodyweight/Minimal Weight
Varied Triceps Pushdowns, Massive Drop-set
Plank Hold

26 minutes.

If you train hard with enough intensity and weight, you can complete it all in 25–30 minutes, 2–4 times per week.
