Who is this for?

Adults 40+ ready to take the next step — runners moving from 10K to their first Half Marathon, or from Half Marathon to their first Full Marathon.

Is this in-person or virtual?

Fully virtual. This is coaching, not in-person training. You do the running. I guide the process — endurance nutrition, fueling, recovery, structure, and AI tool integration.

Is the coach certified?

Yes. Michael Baker is an ISSA Certified Running Coach and personally ran a 3:25 marathon at age 51 using the same system clients receive.

What coaching options are available?

Three options: Weekly Coaching for ongoing guidance and accountability, Bi-Weekly Check-Ins for structured progress, or a One-Off Session to review training, build a plan, or solve a specific issue.

What's included?

Structured progression, practical training plans, endurance nutrition and fueling, AI coaching integration (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), tool + intuition integration (Strava, Runna), and injury awareness.

How much does it cost?

$50 per 30-minute virtual session. Most runners meet weekly or every other week to review training, adjust the plan, and stay consistent.

How do I get started?

Book a 30-minute intro session ($50) through the contact page. Bring your current weekly mileage and goal race, and you'll leave with a clear plan to start that week.
