![Strength and Speed Week](/attached_assets/week_1763659277508.jpg) **Sunday - 11/16/2024** NEAT day with a ton of house work, including painting my gym and yoga studio. Barbell squat session worked up to 225 x 15 deep. Curls with 50 lb dumbbells for 4 each arm plus a drop set. Solid strength and mo
