[Grit](/courses/how-to-run-marathon/developing-grit) didn't tell me to run through the heat. Grit got me up early enough that I didn't have to. Make your easy/recovery run truly easy and enjoyable. Don't destroy yourself in the heat! 7 miles zone 2. Happy Monday (because I got it out of the way!)
