Grit. 18 Hilly Miles Milford to Bethany - Last 5 in the Rain, Miles 15 & 16 in the 6s

I hit an 18 miler this am from the edge of Milford to the edge of Bethany. I felt like I was running in someone else''s body at some points. At mile 15 I went into 6''s and then blasted up the last hill past Wright Pond in the mid-low 7''s. It rained for the last 5 or so miles. It actually felt good
